A agree Kate. The possibility to book online is great, but to place it on the very first page before Lucien has presented her services/products seems a bit desperate to me. I would suggest to move the booking form to another place where it is more meaningfull for the user ("contact" for instance).
A question to you Lucien: Why do you write about yourself in 3th person at your CV ?
In my oppinion it is less personal and more awkward. If you don't get my point due to my poor school English :-) here is an example of what I mean directly from your website:
Use: My name is Lucien Atkins. I am a Financial Educator and Advisor to Sales Professionals
Instead of: Lucien Atkins is a Financial Educator and Advisor to Sales Professionals
