I recently launched Bradley SEO Marketing to attract business for my Inland Empire web design company in California. I wanted to briefly outline some things you should look for in a website designer & optimization company.

  1. Does the company have experience with website design & optimization? It's one thing to launch a website with a nice logo, it's another to have the skills to get it found on search engines.
  2. Does the company's pricing seem too low? Good designers & SEO professionals can cost quite a bit of money. If you were quoted a $50-100 bucks a month you probably won't be very satisfied with their work. Optimization is an industry that requires some attention, it's not likely they're paying attention if it's too cheap.
  3. Do they have too many clients? As a web designer, my first instinct is to take every client that's interested, but because I pay close attention to each project I can't spread myself too thin otherwise my effectiveness suffers.

I hope this has been informative. Always make sure to ask the tough questions of your website designer before you go too far down the road with your project.
