I recently launched Bradley SEO Marketing to attract business for my Inland Empire web design company in California. I wanted to briefly outline some things you should look for in a website designer & optimization company.
- Does the company have experience with website design & optimization? It's one thing to launch a website with a nice logo, it's another to have the skills to get it found on search engines.
- Does the company's pricing seem too low? Good designers & SEO professionals can cost quite a bit of money. If you were quoted a $50-100 bucks a month you probably won't be very satisfied with their work. Optimization is an industry that requires some attention, it's not likely they're paying attention if it's too cheap.
- Do they have too many clients? As a web designer, my first instinct is to take every client that's interested, but because I pay close attention to each project I can't spread myself too thin otherwise my effectiveness suffers.
I hope this has been informative. Always make sure to ask the tough questions of your website designer before you go too far down the road with your project.
