Many people have taken to Twitter because it's popular and they hear people saying it helps their business.  But they don't really know how to use it to get results or what to expect. Maybe you can talk a little about what results a small business can realistically expect from using Twitter and suggest a few strategies that work.  I know that's a pretty broad topic, since there is no one size fits all, but maybe just a few ideas that demonstrate how to use Twitter for business vs. personal use.
