I more than agree that an accurate employee time tracking is very important and doing this efficiently is something that requires relevant software tools. A good time tracking software monitors all the activities an employee is performing, provides the analysis of the work done, helps to detect the time spent on the unproductive activities and facilitates fair employee treatment.
