Short Bio
I support my clients to find ways to work smarter, increase problem-solving skills, manage and lead their workforce, increase sales, and improve their business strategies.

I believe we all have the power and capability to change our experience and go after the things we want.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is that I get help others do just that on their journey.

My training in Coaching was with an accredited coaching institution, CoachU, and I'm working towards my Associate Coach Credential (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am committed to coaching to the standards for coaches globally set through the ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and am member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Atlantic Chapter.

I have 17+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, Sales Training, Coaching, and Workforce Development with Fortune 500 and large companies, most notably Xerox Canada.

Large-scale Workforce Development initiatives that I've led at Xerox Canada include: Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, and Employee Wellness. I've acquired valuable experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Outsourcing, and managing Service Delivery teams.

My strength as a coach is my ability to support my clients in thinking situations through, examining them from all sides and helping them weigh all the pertinent evidence, so they do not jump to conclusions, but truly select the best solution possible.

I have a passion for helping my clients see the big picture and make sense of business complexities. Through the trait of hope and belief in a positive future, I support my clients in expecting the best for themselves and having resilience to work to achieve it.
