Short Bio
My name is Dean, I am the founder of OnTheClock which is an online time clock for tracking employee time. I founded OnTheClock back in 2004 after observing the need for small businesses need an online method of tracking employee hours.

It all started when I was browsing through an accounting forum, the thread was a bunch of payroll people talking about that they wanted an online solution for their clients employees. This was the a-ha moment, I said, I can build the online time tracking system which they were asking for.

Literally the next day, I started coding OnTheClock. The initial version allowed simple employee clock in / clock out functionality and the ability for employers to edit, print and export time sheets.
